IED attacks | Explosion in Al-Bab kills officer of the Turkish-backed “Free Police”

SOHR activists have reported hearing violent explosion in the Turkish-controlled city of Al-Bab in “Euphrates Shield” areas in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo. According to SOHR sources, the explosion was caused by the detonation of an IED in a vehicle carrying a lieutenant of the Turkish-backed “Free Police” near Al-Ihsan mosque, which caused his death immediately, while another person was escorting him was injured.

 

Earlier this morning, SOHR activists reported hearing an explosion in Jarabulus city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxies in the north-eastern countryside of Aleppo. The explosion was caused by the detonation of a booby-trapped motorcycle, which killed at least one person and injured others.
