Residents assault SDF fighter in rural Tal Tamr for “harassing a woman”

An SDF fighter sustained wounds in his head after a fight with residents from Mujaybarah village in the western countryside of Tal Tamr. According to SOHR sources, the village’s residents accused the SDF fighter of “harassing a woman” from the village.

 

Meanwhile, Asayish Forces stormed the village with the aim of arresting the individuals who attacked the SDF fighter.

 

On august 13, SOHR sources reported that unknown assailants stole a flock of nearly 50 sheep belonging to a person displaced to the SDF- controlled village of Saad in the countryside of Al-Suwar town, north of Deir Ezzor.

 

On the other hand, a member of the “Self-Defense Forces” attacked a shepherd and seized 630 sheep from him in the countryside of the SDF-controlled city of Al-Tabaqa, he also slaughtered 100 of the sheep and distributed them to military and security checkpoints and posts.

 

In the meantime, military and tribal forces pursued and arrested the thief, while the sheep owner was given 45 million SYL as compensation, in addition that the remaining sheep were brought back after a reconciliation meeting between both sides.
