Al-Hasakah | Russian and Turkish forces patrol villages in Al-Darbasiyyah

SOHR activists have monitored Russian and Turkish forces running a new joint patrol on the road between Ras Al-Ain (Sere Kaniye) and Al-Darbasiyah in Al-Hasakah countryside. Four Russian vehicles and four Turkish others set off from Sherik crossing on the Turkey border in the western countryside of Al-Darbasiyah. The patrol toured the villages of Dalik, Malak, Zahr Al-Arab and Al-Qarmaniyah, then it returned to Sherik. It is worth noting that the patrol was escorted by two Russian helicopters.

 

On August 10, SOHR activists monitored Russian police and Turkish forces running a new joint patrol in the countryside of Ain Al-Arab city (Kobani) in the eastern countryside of Aleppo. Four Russian vehicles and four Turkish others toured the villages of Ghareeb, Alishar, Kurtik, Tal Hajib, Qabajib Saghir, Hulaqi, Kharbasan Tahtani, Qurrat Mugh. Two Russian helicopters were seen flying over the area, escorting the patrol.
