Al-Hasakah | Pro-regime protesters condemn yesterday’s attack by US helicopters on regime checkpoint

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored tens of pro-regime protesters gathering in the security square area, which is under the control of regime forces. The protesters expressed condemnation to yesterday’s airstrikes by US helicopters on regime checkpoint south of Al-Qamishly airbase, which killed two regime soldiers and injured four others.

Yesterday, reliable SOHR sources confirmed that regime checkpoint blocked a US military column in Tal Al-Zahab village, south of Al-Qamishly airbase in Al-Hasakah countryside, which evolved to altercation between both sides. Helicopters affiliated to the International Coalition came later and struck the checkpoint, leaving many casualties among regime soldiers stationed at the checkpoint.
