Eastern rural Aleppo | Clashes erupt between Turkish-backed factions and “Manbij Military Council Forces”

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this evening clashes with heavy and medium weapons between Turkish-backed factions and the forces of the “Manbij Military Council”, on the frontlines of the villages of al-Yaashili and Dandaniya in countryside of Manbij. No casualties have been reported so far.

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored clashes this dawn, on Qeratah frontlines in Jarabulus countryside in north-eastern Aleppo, between Turkish-backed factions and “Al-Bab Military Council Forces”. The clashes were accompanied by exchange of fire by heavy machineguns and rocket-propelled grenades, but no casualties have been reported yet.

On August 15, Observatory activists monitored violent clashes between Turkish-backed factions and the SDF-backed Manbij Military Council near a village on Um Adaseh and Al-Farat frontlines in rural Manbij in eastern Aleppo province.
