“De-escalation zone” | Russian reconnaissance drones fly over Idlib, amid tense calm prevailing in the area

Russian reconnaissance drones continued flying over Idlib province this morning, along with cautious calm in the “de-escalation zone” for hours. Regime forces had bombarded places in Al-Fterah, Sfuhen and Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib after midnight.

Yesterday, regime camps shelled Al-Ankawi village in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-west Hama, along with frequent flights of reconnaissance drones over the area.

SOHR sources said earlier that Turkish forces shelled regime positions in Khan al-Subul town in Idlib countryside, while opposition factions shelled with heavy artillery and rockets regime positions in Hantotin and al-Dana, north of Ma’rat al-Numan in south Idlib countryside. No casualties were reported.
