The military intelligence in Jesr al-Shughour executes 23 detainees

Sources reported to SOHR that the military intelligence in Jesr al-Shughour executed 23 detainees before pulling back from the national hospital area southwest of the city. It is worth to mention that the military intelligence in Idlib city also executed 15 detainees before pulling back from the city which was taken over by Jabaht al-Nusra and Islamic battalions in the 28th of Mar/2015. Dozens of civilians were wounded or killed by aerial bombardment on Jesr al-Shughour which was taken over by Islamic battalions and Jabaht al-Nusra few hours ago.
