
The Benin axis in Jabal Al-Zawiya in the southern countryside of Idlib witnessed violent clashes between government forces and mercenaries backed by Turkey while the latter is trying to advance in the region, in conjunction with bombing and mutual targeting between the two parties, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.
The observatory confirmed the killing of 3 government forces, and wounding 8 others, and two mercenaries were killed and 6 others were injured as a result of the clashes in the area this morning.
Yesterday evening, the Syrian Observatory monitored the mercenaries targeted government forces with shells on Ruwaiha front in Jabal Al-Zawiya, south of Idlib, which led to the injury of a number of militants with varying wounds.
