Addressing International Coalition and SDF | Al-Raqqah tribes and clans issue statement, demanding expulsion of Iranian militias from Raqqa

The tribes and clans of the southern line of al-Raqqa city have issued today a statement addressing both the SDF and International Coalition, to liberate their areas from Iranian militias which are committing atrocities against their families and relatives on the west bank of the Euphrates River, with the regime forces’ consent.

“Our people are increasingly appealing to us to intervene, calling on the International Coalition and SDF to expel the militias from the west of the Euphrates. These militias carry out various types of criminal acts against the people of the region, such as killing, torturing, intimidating and stealing money with the aim of systematically forcing the indigenous people of the region to leave their areas and driving toward demographic change”, the statement said.

The tribes of Al-Sabkha, Al-Waldeh, Al-Bumani’e and Al-Ajil spoke today via a statement about the suffering and appeals of their tribesmen in the areas of al-Sabkha, Ma’adan and surrounding villages controlled by Iranian militias.
