Idlib countryside | Unidentified assailants attack headquarters of Turkish-backed faction, injuring several members

Idlib Province- Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources have reported that an unknown armed group attacked the headquarters of al-Hamza division of the “National Army” in the village of Deir Sunbul in Jabal al-Zawiya area in southern countryside of Idlib, injuring a number of members.

Observatory sources reported earlier that Turkish-backed factions had brought in military reinforcement in the past few days to areas of the southern Idlib countryside.

On August 25, the Syrian Observatory documented the killing of the director of al-Salam camp in the village of Barisha in countryside of Harem, north of Idlib, after being targeted by unidentified gunmen in a car.
