Turkish artillery | Forces and proxy factions shell rural Ain Issa near “M4” road

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored artillery shelling by the Turkish army and proxy factions in the areas of “Peace Spring”, targeting the villages of Hoshan and Khalidiya, west of the town of Ain Issa on the “M4” road. No casualties have been reported. 

On August 26, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored rocket attacks by factions of Ankara-backed “National Army”, targeting areas held by SDF and regime forces near the town of Ain Issa in the northern countryside of Raqqa. No casualties have been reported.

On August 17, SOHR sources said that two SDF members were killed and others injured, after a SDF checkpoint was targeted by airstrikes by Turkish drone, near the village of Abu Surra in the countryside of Ain Issa.
