Ceasefire violations | Regime forces and rebels trade fire in southern Idlib

Regime forces fired several rockets this morning, targeting positions in Kansafra, Al-Mawzarah and Al-Fterah in southern Idlib.

 

Meanwhile, SOHR activists have monitored exchange of fire with medium and heavy machineguns, between regime forces and loyal militias on one hand, and Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham and opposition factions on the other. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists documented the injury of two civilians in artillery and rocket fire by regime forces on Balyon village in Jabal al-Zawiyah.

 

Moreover, Regime forces shelled with rockets and heavy artillery, positions in Kansafra town and the villages of Al-Muwzara and Kafr Oweid in Jabal al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside.

 

On the other hand, opposition factions responded to regime bombardment on Jabal Al-Zawiyah by artillery fire, targeting regime positions on al-Dana and Hantotin frontlines in south Idlib countryside.
