Turkish artillery targets government forces in Saraqib

​​​​​​​This morning, Turkish artillery bombed the positions of government forces in the city of Saraqib, while the Idlib countryside witnessed violent clashes between government forces and mercenaries supported by Turkey.

Clashes with medium and heavy weapons took place between government forces on one side, and Turkish mercenaries on the other side, on the Kafr Taal axis, west of Aleppo, coinciding with similar clashes on the axis of the city of Saraqib in Idlib countryside, according to what was reported by the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

According to the same observatory, Turkish artillery bombed government forces’ sites in the vicinity of Saraqib, without information about casualties.

The observatory had documented the killing of two members of the government forces and wounding others, today, after they entered an advanced minefield that the mercenaries planted on the axis of the village of Al-Bara in the southern countryside of Idlib.

In a related context, mercenaries stationed in Idlib countryside bombed government forces’ gatherings in the village of Al-Dar Al-Kabira, in the vicinity of the city of Kafr Nabl, south of Idlib, without any information about casualties.
