Security chaos | Commander of “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyyah” injured in IED attack

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights: SOHR sources have reported an IED explosion in the car of a commander of the Turkish-backed “Al-Jabha Al-Shamiyyah” in Abla village of Ikhtarin district in the northern countryside of Aleppo. The commander, his son and another child sustained injuries due to the explosion which came in the wake of the security chaos and proliferation of arms in areas under the control of Turkish forces and their proxies.

 

 

On September 5, SOHR sources reported hearing a loud explosion nearby Azaz city in northern Aleppo, caused by the explosion of an ammunition depot affiliated to “Ahrar Al-Sham Islamic Movement”, on the road between Kafr Kalbin and Azaz in areas controlled by Turkish forces and their proxies. The explosion resulted in the outbreak of fires in some surrounding houses. However, no casualties were reported.
