Raqqa | “Counter-terrorism forces” arrest regime cell in SDF-held areas in countryside

SOHR sources say that SDF’s counter-terrorism units arrested today a regime cell in al-Kassrat town in Al-Raqqah countryside.

The cell consists of seven members who were travelling in a van in front of a restaurant in the town.

On September 8, SOHR sources said that the SDF’s Public Security Forces stormed the house of the head of the Civil Council of Deir al-Zour governorate in the village of Al-Sa’awa, arresting him without knowing the reasons.

Meanwhile, a resident from the village of Jadid Akidat in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour was injured by members of the Syrian Democratic Forces during a raid on the village, while seven civilians were also arrested.
