Al-Raqqah | Turkish-backed factions shell SDF-held positions in western Tel Abyad
Syrian Observatory sources have reported rocket fire by factions operating under the banner of the Turkish-backed “National Army”, on SDF positions in Kobarlik village in western Tel Abyad in the northern countryside of Al-Raqqah. However, no casualties have been reported.
On September 4, SOHR sources said that Turkish forces and proxy factions shelled the villages of Afdako and Kobarlik in the western countryside of Tel Abyad. No casualties were reported.
This shelling came after a tense calm on the frontlines of Tel Abyad for ten days.
