East of Deir ez-Zor | IED explodes in “Woman’s House” building in Al-Soussa town, causing material damage

Deir ez-Zor province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR activists have reported an IED attack, in the early hours of Wednesday morning, in the building of the “Woman’s House” in the town of al-Soussa, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor. No casualties have been reported. The explosion caused only material damage.

Yesterday, SOHR activists said that tw gunmen on a motorcycle targeted a civilian working for a humanitarian organization, while driving his car on the outskirts of al-Dahla village in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour, killing him instantly.

The number of fighters, civilians, oil workers and officials in service agencies who were assassinated in four provinces: Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah, in addition to Manbij area in northeastern Aleppo province, which is controlled by SDF, has increased to 578 persons.

The Syrian Observatory has documented the assassination of 202 civilians by armed cells, including 15 children and 11 women in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Hasakah countryside, Raqqa city and countryside and Manbij, in addition to the assassination of 372 fighters of SDF, including local leaders in the same areas, while four members of the International Coalition were killed, dozens of wounded were also reported by SOHR as a result of those assassinations.
