Indiscriminate gunfire | Member of Turkish-backed “9th Division” kills child in Afrin

Syrian Observatory activists have documented the death of a child in indiscriminate gunfire in Afrin city, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxies in north-western Aleppo.

According to SOHR sources, a member of the Turkish-backed “9th Division” opened fire indiscriminately for unknown reasons in Al-Villat street in Afrin city, which resulted in the death of the child after being hit with a gunshot.

SOHR sources have just reported that gunmen of the Turkish-backed faction of “Ahrar Al-Sham” arrested a civilian woman, after storming her house in Qasem village in Rajou district in Afrin countryside, north-west of Aleppo. The woman was taken to an unknown destination, while the reasons behind her arrest remained unknown.

On the other hand, gunmen of “Sultan Murad” stormed the house of a civilian from Jendires town, arresting him for unknown reasons.

These incidents come in light of the ongoing violations by the factions of the Turkish-backed “National Army” against the remaining Kurds in Afrin.
