De-escalation… mutual bombing between government forces and Turkish mercenaries

Today, the “De-escalation” area witnessed mutual bombardment between government forces and Turkish mercenaries, in conjunction with government forces’ attempts to advance in western Aleppo and Idlib countryside.

The government forces bombed the villages of Jabal al-Zawiya, the southern countryside of Idlib, and the sites of Turkish mercenaries in al-Ghab Plain, coinciding with artillery and missile strikes carried out by the mercenaries and Turkish forces targeting government forces’ gatherings in Saraqib and Kafr Nabl axis in Idlib countryside, according to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

In a related development, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights said that Turkish mercenaries responded to the attempt by government forces to advance on the Takad axis west of Aleppo, and Fleifel village in Idlib countryside, without information about casualties.

Yesterday evening, the Syrian Observatory monitored intermittent clashes between government forces on the one hand, and mercenaries on the other side, on the axes of al-Fatira in the southern countryside of Idlib, Takad and Bastroun in the western countryside of Aleppo, coinciding with the bombing of mercenary areas in Jabal al-Zawiya in Idlib countryside, and the villages of Kafr Taal and Tadil In the countryside of Aleppo, and the Kabanah axis in Jabal al-Akrad in the countryside of Lattakia, and areas in the al-Ghab Plain, northwest of Hama Governorate.
