6 women die while other people wounded in an airstrike carried out by warplanes on the countryside of the city of al- Raqqa

Al- Raqqa Province: Cross- cutting sources informed SOHR that 6 women died while other people were killed due to aerial bombardment carried out by suspected US- led coalition warplanes on an IS checkpoint area in southwest of al- Raqqa near Sad al- Rashid area, initial information also reported that 2 men died in the same attack. The sources confirmed that the airstrike coincided with existence of workers on the checkpoint when they were coming back from their work in the agricultural lands in the countryside of al- Raqqa.
