After the arrest of three women | Kanaker residents set picture of head of the regime on fire, amid rising tension in the town

Observatory eyewitnesses have monitored several young men taking down a huge picture of the head of the Syrian regime “Bashar al-Assad” and setting it on fire in the town of Kanaker, following the arrest of three women from the town for unknown reasons. According to SOHR sources, the town is witnessing a state of rising tension and the deployment of local gunmen from the town on the main roads.

SOHR sources have just said that protests took place in the town of Kanaker in the western Damascus countryside.  The protesters cut off roads setting rubber tires on fire, protesting the arrest of three women from the town by regime intelligence.
