In less than two weeks | Second assassination attempt targets female SDF leader

Deir ez-Zor province- Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that a vehicle carrying a female leader of the SDF was shot by unidentified gunmen on motorcycles, this evening, on Al-Kharafi road between the cities of Al-Shaddadi- Deir ez-Zor. The attack left the leader and her driver seriously injured.

It is worth nothing that this assassination attempt is the second in less than 15 days.

On September 15, SOHR sources said that a booby-trapped motorcycle exploded on the road of Al-Kharafi between the cities of Al-Shaddada and Deir ez-Zor, coinciding with the passage of an armoured vehicle carrying a female leader of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), causing only material damage. No casualties were reported.
