For unknown reasons | HTS arrests civilian in western Idlib countryside

Idlib Province- Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that members of HTS at al-Dahr checkpoint near the town of Darkoush, arrested a young man from Darkoush in Idlib countryside, who works in the media field, and took him to a prison near the town for reasons that remain unknown.

It is worth nothing that HTS and jihadist factions have been using one of the houses of his relatives as a prison in the village of Al-Zanbaqi for years.

At the end of September, Observatory sources reported that displaced people in “al-Deir camp” near the town of Talada in the northern countryside of Idlib, refused to pay an annual rent of 50 TL for the “Office of the Management of Displaced People” in the northern Idlib countryside, which is controlled by HTS, in return for keeping the camp in its place.
