For the first time | “Bradley” vehicles participate in US routine patrols in north-eastern Al-Hasakah

Syrian Observatory activists have reported seeing US forces running a new patrol in the surrounding areas of Rumaylan town in north-eastern Al-Hasakah, as a part of US routine movements in the region.

 

According to SOHR sources, US armoured “Bradley” vehicles escorted the patrol for the first time, while the reasons behind their participation remain unknown.

 

This patrol comes a few days after US forces blocked a Russian patrol in the surrounding areas of Rumaylan town in rural Al-Hasakah.

 

On October 3, reliable SOHR sources confirmed that US forces blocked a Russian patrol near by Rumaylan town in the north-eastern Al-Hasakah. Meanwhile, Russian and US helicopters were seen flying over the area. This incident came as a part of renewed skirmishes in north-eastern Syria region.
