Responding to shelling their positions | Rebels attack regime forces’ gatherings in Sahl al-Ghab, and reconnaissance drones fly over rural Idlib and Latakia

Observatory activists say that members of “al-Fath al-Mubin” have killed, last night, two regime soldier on Kafr Batikh frontline in Idlib countryside.

The areas of rural Idlib and Latakia are witnessing frequent flights by reconnaissance drones over the area.

On the other hand, the factions have targeted with artillery positions of regime forces on frontline of Sahl al-Ghab in the north-western countryside of Hama, responding to the shelling of regime forces on the rebels’ positions and the villages of Sahl al-Ghab and Zayzon thermal station near the administrative border with Idlib province, causing fires in the area.

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, this afternoon, artillery shelling by regime forces on Latakia countryside, targeting the Kabana frontline in Jabal al-Akrad, and the Citadel in Jabal al-Turkman in the far north-eastern countryside of Latakia province.

Regime forces shelled positions this morning in Al-Fterah, Kansafra, Sfuhen, Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib, and other positions in Al-Ankawi in Sahl Al-Ghab in the north-western countryside. On the other hand, opposition factions fired several rockets on regime positions in Al-Dar Al-Kaberah areain rural Idlib. No casualties have been reported so far.
