“De-escalation zone” | Regime rocket fire hits Jabal Al-Akrad and opposition factions shell Saraqeb

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored rocket attacks this afternoon by opposition factions on regime positions in Saraqeb, east of Idlib. Meanwhile, regime forces shelled positions in Jabal Al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

Regime forces had shelled positions this morning in Sfuhen, Al-Fterah, Kansafrah and Fulayfel in the southern countryside of Idlib, along with rocket fire by opposition factions on regime positions in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in southern Idlib. No casualties have been reported.

 

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that “Al-Fath al-Mubin” factions targeted regime positions with heavy artillery in Saraqeb and surroundings areas in Idlib countryside.

 

On the other hand, regime forces renewed their ground shelling on frontlines in Jabal al-Zawiya and other locations in southern Idlib countryside. No casualties were reported.
