North of Raqqa | Russian police conducts military patrol near Ain Issa city

As part of its routine movements in northern and eastern Syria, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored Russian forces conducting a military patrol around the city of Ain Issa, north of Raqqa.

On October 7, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights monitored a Russian patrol of five armoured vehicles, setting off from the town of Qamishli and heading to the town of Al-Qahtania to the areas east of the town of Malkiya and Ramilan, east of Hasakeh.
