Al-Raqqah | Turkish forces and “National Army” factions shell positions in rural Tal Abyad

Syrian Observatory sources say that Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired several rockets this evening, targeting Qazi’li silos and positions in Sarounj village in west Tal Abyad countryside in the northern part of Al-Raqqah province.

 

On October 9, Observatory activists reported clashes with heavy and medium weapons between regime forces and Turkish-backed factions, on frontline of Sarounj village in the western countryside of Tel Abyad. The clashes coincided with an attack by Turkish-backed factions on regime positions in the village. No casualties were reported.

 

While on October 6, Observatory activists monitored artillery shelling by Turkish forces and proxy factions, targeting Kor Hassan village in the western countryside of Tel Abyad.
