Russian raids on Idlib, killing 4 mercenaries

Russian warplanes continued hovering over the western countryside of Idlib, coinciding with the launch of new raids on the region, as the number of raids launched by Russian fighters have intensified to at least 11 on the Hamama area in the northern countryside of Jisr al-Shughur, and the raids all targeted the headquarters and camps of HTS mercenaries According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights.

The airstrikes have resulted in the killing of 4 mercenaries so far and injuries, and the number of deaths may be higher due to the wounded, some of them in critical condition. Furthermore, information was obtained that others had been killed.

These raids came after about 25 days of similar air strikes carried out by Russian warplanes on areas west of Idlib, according to the observatory.
