YPG clashes with IS near and inside the province of al- Raqqa

IS militants targeted by several shells YPG positions in south of the city of Ayn al- Arab (Kobani), amid violent clashes between the two sides in Jeren area in southeast of the city inside the administrative boundaries of the province of al- Raqqa with no information about casualties.

 

Al- Hasakah Province: The clashes between YPG and IS are still taking place near the administrative boundaries of the countryside of Ras al- Ayn (Sari Kanyeh) with the province of al- Raqqa, amid violent mutual shelling between the two sides with no information about casualties.

 

Information reported that about 30 civilians died in Nis Tal area located near the Turkish- Syrian border. There is conflicting information about the party that targeted them. Sources confirmed that IS targeted them as they escaped from the ongoing clashes in the area. SOHR has not been able to document this incident yet.
