Deir ez-Zor | IED explodes in eastern countryside, as U.S. column passes through the area

Deir ez-Zor province- Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded, this afternoon, in al-Sabha town in eastern countryside of Deir al-Zour, coinciding with the passage of a column of American forces. No human or material losses have been reported.

On September 18, SOHR sources said that an improvised explosive device (IED) exploded in the village of Al-Dahla in deir al-Zour eastern countryside, while a column of the Syrian Democratic Forces was passing. Meanwhile, ambulances rushed to the scene of the explosion, and gunfire was heard at the site, but no casualties have been reported so far.

On September 17, Reliable sources informed SOHR that an IED exploded, as a column belonging to the International Coalition forces was passing in the village of Abreha in eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, causing material damage. No casualties were reported to date.

In September, SOHR sources said that three IEDs have exploded near Al-Omar oil field in Deir ez-Zor countryside, while a military Hummer vehicle of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) was passing on the road leading to the oil field. No casualties or material damage were reported.
