Aleppo | Turkish base shells village in rural al-Bab, and al-Bab Military Council targets Turkish-backed factions’ positions in the area

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored, this evening, artillery shelling by Turkish forces stationed at the base of the village of “Sheikh Nasser”, targeting the village of Al-Kawikli, east of the city of Al-Bab in the eastern Aleppo countryside.

In this context, members of the SDF’s Al-Bab Military Council have targeted, with medium and heavy weapons, the positions of Turkish-backed factions in the area. No casualties have been reported so far.

On October 12, the Syrian Observatory monitored sporadic clashes between the al-Bab Military Council Forces and Ankara-backed National Army factions near the village of Al-Bugaz, west of Manbij, northeastern Aleppo.
