Russian airstrikes | Children and women among six people injured in Jabal Al-Zawiyah

SOHR activists have documented the injury of six civilians, including two children, in today’s airstrikes by Russian fighter jets on Al-Rami village in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib.

A few hours ago, SOHR sources reported renewed airstrikes by Russian jets on Idlib province this afternoon, targeting Al-Rami village in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, but no casualties were reported.

It is worth noting that the village of Al-Rami hosts large number of refugees and displaced people.

October 14, SOHR activists said that Russian jets continued flying over the western countryside of Idlib, along with executing new airstrikes on the area, bringing the number of airstrikes executed that day by Russian fighter jets on Al-Hamama area in the northern countryside of Jisr al-Shughour to 11.

The airstrikes hit headquarters and camps of Hayyaat Tahrir al-Sham and jihadist groups, killing four fighters and injuring others. The death toll is expected to rise as some of the injured were in serious condition, amid reports of further fatalities.
