Al-Qamishly protests | Students and educational staffs protest SDF’s seizure of schools, and residents condemn “US and Turkish occupation”

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored a vigil this morning in front of the cultural centre in Al-Hasakah city, as students, educational and administrative staffs protested the seizure of schools by Syria Democratic Forces and the deprivation of children from education. The demonstrators lifted placards with slogans written on them read “No to turning our schools into prisons” and “Our schools are for us… Leave them”.

On the other hand, several pro-regime demonstrators and residents gathered in Tayy neighbourhood in Al-Qamishli city, condemning the “US and Turkish occupation”, as they said, and demanding US and Turkish forces leave Syria.
