Idlib | Regime forces fire over 120 rockets and artillery shells on Kansafra, Jabal Al-Zawiyah

Regime forces have stepped up their bombardment this morning on Kansafra town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, as over 150 rockets and artillery shells pounded the town, causing material damage only.

Observatory sources reported earlier this morning renewed rocket attacks by regime forces, targeting positions in several towns and villages in the southern countryside of Idlib, as a part of the daily and routine violations in “Putin-Erdugan” area.

Meanwhile, opposition factions fired several rockets on regime positions in Kafr Nubl in southern Idlib.

Yesterday, SOHR sources said that factions shelled, with heavy artillery, regime positions and posts in Kafr Nubl city and surrounding areas in south Idlib countryside, in response to regime shelling on villages and towns in Idlib countryside.

SOHR activists also documented the death of a civilian in rocket fire by regime forces, which hit Al-Barah and Kansafrah in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib and injured five other civilians while harvesting olive.
