Ceasefire violations | Regime forces renew shelling Jabal Al-Zawiyah, and rebels respond by rocket attacks on western Aleppo

Syrian Observatory activists have monitored renewed rocket attacks by regime forces on positions in the southern countryside of Idlib, as several rockets and artillery shells hit positions in Kansafrah, Sfuhen, the outskirts of Deir Sunbol and Bayanin. No casualties have been reported.

 

Meanwhile, opposition factions shelled regime positions in Miznaz area in the western countryside on Aleppo.

 

Yesterday, SOHR source reported that regime forces stepped up their bombardment on Kansafra town in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in the southern countryside of Idlib, as over 120 rockets and artillery shells pounded the town, causing material damage only.

 

Observatory sources reported earlier that day renewed rocket attacks by regime forces, targeting positions in several towns and villages in the southern countryside of Idlib, as a part of the daily and routine violations in “Putin-Erdugan” area.

 

Meanwhile, opposition factions fired several rockets on regime positions in Kafr Nubl in southern Idlib.
