Coronavirus in NW Syria | 108 new infection cases in 24 hours, while 120 cases recovered

Health authorities recorded today 108 new infection cases with COVID-19 in north-west Syria region, which is under the control of HTS and Turkish-backed factions in Aleppo and Idlib provinces.

 

According to Observatory statistics, the total number of confirmed cases recorded since July 9 to date has risen to 4,190, including doctors and medics.

 

Meanwhile, 84 cases were recovered in the past 24 hours, bringing the total number of recovered cases to 1,750.

 

On the other hand, On the other hand, Syrian Observatory activists documented the death of 24 people due to coronavirus outbreaks in north-western Syria, in areas under the control of the “Salvation government” in Idlib and surrounding areas, and areas controlled by the “Interim Government” in north Aleppo countryside.
