Feuding factions | Two fighters killed and others injured in clashes between Turkish-backed factions in Ras al-Ain

SOHR sources say that a member of Sultan Murad has died of his injuries he sustained in todays’s clashes between the Sultan Murad Division and members of the 20th Division of the Turkish-backed “National Army”.

This brings the number of the death toll to two members of the Sultan Murad faction, in addition to injuries on both sides.

According to Syrian Observatory sources, clashes broke out following disagreements between the two factions over the eligibility of seizing some houses in the city of Ras al-Ain, as well as the revenue of smuggling in the area. While tension continue between the two sides after the cessation of clashes which resulted in one dead and a number of wounded hours ago.

Hours ago, Syrian Observatory activists have reported fierce clashes with machineguns between “Sultan Murad Division” and the “20th Division”, both operating under the banner of the Turkish-backed “National Army”, in Ras Al-Ain city (Sere Kaniye) in Al-Hasakah countryside.
