Clamping down on jihadist factions | HTS arrests three of its members in Idlib countryside

SOHR activists say that HTS’ security forces arrested a member of the “Ansar al-Tawhid” jihadist group after beating and insulting him, after security forces stormed a café in Idlib city.

Members of the HTS’ security forces have also arrested a member of the “Huras al-Din” in the town of Jisr al-Shughour and another person near the town of Mahambel, west of Idlib. This comes as part of the security crackdown on jihadist factions.

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that HTS’ security forces arrested four leaders of “Huras al-Din” organization, three of whom are of Tunisian nationalities and the fourth from Daraa governorate, where they were arrested in the city of Idlib.
