Lebanon’s economy: Syrian refugees among worst affected by crisis

Lebanon’s economy is near collapse and life is a struggle for many. But Syrian refugees are among the worst hit. The United Nations says 80 percent of the 900,000 registered were already living in extreme poverty – on less than $3 a day – before the Beirut port explosion in August worsened the situation for many.
