Al-Quneitra countryside | Regime security agent killed and former opposition leader injured in two separate incidents

Al-Quneitra Governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

The Syrian Observatory has documented the killing of a regime member, as a result of an IED explosion near the village of Jaba in al-Quneitra countryside. Meanwhile, a former opposition leader, who struck a reconciliation deal with regime and joined the ranks of Military Security, was injured after being shot by unknown gunmen in the village of Mumtana in al-Quneitra countryside.

On Nov 3, 2020, an assistant of the regime’s “Military Security” service was found dead with marks of gunshots on his body near Sadd Al-Mantarah in Al-Quneitra countryside.

According to SOHR sources, the victim is from Masyaf city in the south west of Hama city and worked in Al-Jisr security detachment in Al-Quneitra province.

On October 25, SOHR activists documented the death of a regime lieutenant and the injury of other regime soldiers in an attack by unknown gunmen on a military post this morning in Sayda Al-Golan town in Al-Quneitra countryside.
