Al-Raqqah | Clashes erupt between Turkish-backed factions and SDF in Tal Abyad, while Turkish artillery fire hits SDF positions

SOHR activists have reported clashes with heavy and medium weapons between Turkish-backed factions and SDF on the frontlines of Qaza’li and Saleeb in the western countryside of Tal Abyad in northern Al-Raqqah. Meanwhile, Turkish forces stationed in “Peace Spring” areas shelled Qaza’li village with heavy artillery and mortars, along with firing flares over the area, but no casualties have been reported so far.

On November 7, Syrian Observatory activists monitored artillery fire by Turkish forces and their proxy factions on military posts affiliated to regime forces and SDF in Qaza’li village and silos in the western countryside of Tal Abyad in northern Al-Raqqah.
