Turkish artillery | Forces and proxy factions renew shelling northern Raqqa countryside

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights has monitored this evening artillery shelling by Turkish forces and proxy factions, targeting the villages of Khalidiya, Hoshan, Kor Hassan Ali and Istirahat Al-Saqr on the international road “M4” in the northern rural Raqqa province.
