Old ordnance | Landmine explodes seriously injuring one person, while picking olive in northern Hama

SOHR sources say that a civilian was seriously injured, causing one of his legs to be amputated, as a landmine exploded while people working in olive harvesting in Al-Skik area north of Souran in the northern Hama countryside.

On November 14, SOHR activists documented the death of a civilian and the injury of three others in the explosion of an old landmine in a vehicle carrying other civilians near Manyan village on the western outskirts of Aleppo city.

On November 8, Observatory activists documented the death of a civilian and injury of four others in a landmine explosion, while they were harvesting olive in farmlands in Qasr Al-Mkharam area in the northern countryside of Hama.
