Disappeared over 20 days ago | Residents find body of civilian in Al-Shi’atat desert in Deir ez-Zor countryside

Deir ez-Zor governorate – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that locals found the body of a resident from al-Kashqiya town in Deir al-Zour countryside, dumped in Al-Shi’atat desert, after his disappearance for more than 20 days.

The number of fighters, civilians, oil workers and civil servants assassinated in Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah provinces and SDF-controlled Manbij area in northeastern Aleppo province has increased to 602 persons.

The Syrian Observatory has documented the assassination of 209 civilians by armed cells, including 15 children and 11 women in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Hasakah countryside, Raqqa city and countryside and Manbij, in addition to the assassination of 389 fighters of SDF, including local leaders in the same areas, while four members of the International Coalition were killed, dozens of wounded were also reported by SOHR as a result of those assassinations.
