After crossing from regime-controlled areas to SDF-held areas | Unidentified gunmen kill civilian east of Deir ez-Zor

Deir ez-Zor province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

Reliable sources have informed the Syrian Observatory that unidentified gunmen shot a person from the village of Al-Zabari, which is under the control of regime forces, in the town of Al-Shuhayl, which is under the control of the Syrian Democratic Forces east of Deir ez-Zor. The shooting took place in front of the family’s victim, who came to Al-Shuhayl across the Euphrates River.

On Thursday, SOHR activists documented the death of five SDF fighters as a result of an IED explosion in two military vehicles while passing in Theban town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor.

The number of fighters, civilians, oil workers and civil servants assassinated in Aleppo, Deir ez-Zor, Raqqa and Al-Hasakah provinces and SDF-controlled Manbij area in northeastern Aleppo province has increased to 602 persons.

The Syrian Observatory has documented the assassination of 209 civilians by armed cells, including 15 children and 11 women in the eastern countryside of Deir ez-Zor, Al-Hasakah countryside, Raqqa city and countryside and Manbij, in addition to the assassination of 389 fighters of SDF, including local leaders in the same areas, while four members of the International Coalition were killed, dozens of wounded were also reported by SOHR as a result of those assassinations.
