For “dealing with SDF” | “Ahrar al-Sham” arrests women from Raju area in Afrin countryside, northwest of Aleppo

Aleppo Province – Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

Ankara-backed factions continue their violations against Kurdish civilians in the Afrin area, which is under the control of Turkish forces and their proxy factions northwest of Aleppo.

SOHR sources say that gunmen of “Ahrar al-Sham” Islamic movement arrested four women from the village of Medaliyat in Raju district in rural Afrin, northwest of Aleppo.

According to Syrian Observatory sources, elderly women were among the arrested women, who were taken to an unknown destination after being accused of “dealing with the SDF.”

On November 23, reliable sources informed SOHR that the Turkish-backed Al-Hamzat Division has raided several houses in Ma’batli district in rural Afrin in north-western Aleppo. According to SOHR sources, the division has arrested three civilians for unknown reasons and took them to unknown destination. This development comes as a part of ongoing violations by Turkish-backed factions throughout Afrin.
