Turkish artillery | Clashes erupt between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions on frontlines in northern Aleppo

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources have monitored sporadic clashes on frontlines of the northern Aleppo countryside, between Kurdish forces and Turkish-backed factions. Meanwhile, units of Kurdish forces infiltrated into Kafr Kalpin frontline near the city of Mara, and clashed with faction members, coinciding with heavy artillery shelling by Turkish forces on the village of Ain Daqna.

While Kurdish forces shelled the positions of the factions in Kafr Khasher in northern Aleppo countryside. No casualties have been reported so far.

On November 27, SOHR sources said that Kurdish forces in the northern countryside of Aleppo fired an artillery shell, targeting a hospital in Azaz city. The shell hit the hospital’s perimeter, causing material damage, but no casualties have been reported so far.

SOHR sources had reported that Turkish forces stationed in “Euphrates Shield” areas fired several artillery shells on the Kurdish-controlled villages of Mar’naaz and Shawarghah in northern Aleppo, but no casualties were reported.

SOHR sources reported that Turkish forces and their proxies fired several rockets on positions in the Kurdish-controlled village of Sawghankah of Shirawa district in the north-western countryside of Aleppo.
