Accused of various charges | SDF’s security forces arrest more than ten persons, including officials of “Self-Administration”

The Self Administration’s security forces have been detaining several people working in the Self Administration institutions for more than 48 hours, on various charges, including corruption, embezzlement of funds and dealing with Turkish intelligence, according to local sources.

Among those arrested were two officials of the Hasaka City Council, a municipal official in Hasaka and at least ten others.

The security forces also seized the funds and property of the detainees, pending the completion of investigations and judicial proceedings.

The security forces of the “Self-Administration” had arrested several people of the “Self-Administration” two days ago, followed by the arrest of others to complete their investigation.
