Aleppo | Unknown assailants storm building in northern Aleppo, and Turkish-backed factions seize vehicle intended to be detonated near Azaz city

Aleppo Province – The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights:

SOHR sources say that Turkish-backed factions seized a car intended to be detonated near the town of Azaz in northern Aleppo countryside, according to local sources.

On the other hand, unknown assailants stormed a service building in the town of Souran, the Civil Registry Department in Souran in Aleppo countryside, which is under the control of Turkish factions, and broke its contents, before fleeing to an unknown destination.

Hours earlier, SOHR activists have reported that Azaz intelligence branch in northern city of Azaz raided the headquarters of Islamic State cells in the city and arrested three ISIS members.
